Q. How do I place an order?

1.Place your order through the shop page.

2.I will kindly ask you to send photos of your pet and, if you wish, a small story or meaningful details about them.

3.You will receive a draft for review (cancellation is possible at this stage).

4.Once approved, I begin the embroidery.

Q. What payment methods are available?

Credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal are accepted. 
Wise transfers are also available upon request. Please contact me if you would prefer this option.

Q. When is the payment finalized?

Payment is finalized after you review and approve the draft.

This ensures you feel completely comfortable before I begin the stitching process.

Q. How long does it take to complete?

The embroidery itself takes approximately four weeks.

However, due to current order volume, completion typically takes 2–3 months.

After shipping, delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on your location.

Q. Are revisions possible?

Minor revisions are possible at the draft stage.

Once production begins, significant changes become difficult.

You will have the opportunity to review and approve the design before stitching begins.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is possible before production begins.

Once stitching has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
